Our Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) service is responsible for investigating, diagnosing and treating disorders and defects of the ears, nose (including sinuses), throat, head and neck for children and adults.
Our team of doctors, nurse specialists and audiology specialists provide services both in the hospital and on an outpatient basis, including day case clinics provided at hospitals across Medway and Swale.
ENT covers a wide range of conditions, examples of which include:
- balance disorders of the inner or middle ear
- dizziness
- hearing (audiology) loss
- allergy disorders (such as sinutis)
- cleft lip and palate
- swallowing disorders
- sleep apnoea (blocked airway during sleep)
- cancer of the head and neck
