Have your say on where we most need to improve this year
We’re calling on patients, families, carers, and anyone with an interest in helping improve our services to join our special event and share their thoughts on the priorities for improving care in 2025/26.
To listen to and capture your views, we’re inviting you to our Quality Priorities Public Event at Medway Maritime Hospital on Tuesday 25 February, from 6pm to 7.30pm.
What are Quality Priorities?
Quality Priorities are areas of care that need the most focus for improvement to ensure the highest standards for our patients. We want every person who comes into the hospital to feel confident they will receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.
We believe patients, families, and carers are best placed to tell us what matters most and where we can improve.
What to expect at the event
This event is an opportunity for local people, patients, and external stakeholders to join discussions to help shape our Quality Priorities for the year ahead.
You’ll hear an update on our Quality Strategy and the progress we’ve made on the priorities set at this event last year.
You will share your views through interactive workshops and discussions, focusing on three key areas of quality:
- Safe Care: Keeping patient safety at the core of everything we do
- Effective Care: Striving for the highest standards of treatment and outcomes
- Person-Centred Care: Providing compassionate, respectful, and responsive care tailored to individual needs.
How to get involved
Registering in advance is essential so that we can plan the event and get the most from the interactive sessions. To book your place, email met-tr.members-medway@nhs.net.
We look forward to seeing you!
