Please can you outline the procurement process for Patient Transport Service contracts.
Patient Transport Service (PTS) is supplied through an Integrated Care Board (ICB) managed service using G4S as its contractor. The ICB monitor this service and will be able to provide the data you have requested. They can be contacted via their website at: NHS Kent and Medway
