I am writing to request information regarding ADHD assessment and diagnosis within your region under the Freedom of Information Act.
The Trust does not provide an adult service – this is provided by Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership contactable via their website at: KMPT Freedom of Information
Medway NHS Foundation Trust provides a community paediatric service for Swale for children up to the age of 12 – paediatric patients for Medway come under Medway Community Healthcare
