- Can you please disclose the Bank Staff Pay Rates for Doctors per month, by grade and specialty over the last 12 months. Due to the low number of some bank staff we are unable to provide this data in the way you have requested as this would be potentially identifiable information. However, we have provided amalgamated responses below.
- Please also provide the average and highest charge rate for locum doctors, by grade and specialty over the same period.
- Please provide the total number of locum doctors that have transferred to Bank over the last 12 months, please present the numbers in a monthly format and by grade and specialty. The Trust considers where there are fewer than five the data is exempt as disclosure increases the risk of identification and self-identification. Under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 disclosure of information should be withheld if it could lead to an individual being identified, which would be a breach of an individual’s rights under the Data Protection Act 2018. However, we can confirm there were <5 over the last 12 months.
