I am writing to you with a Freedom of Information request regarding Outsourcing of Occupational Health Services within your Trust. We would like to get the following data relating to OH Services :
1. Does your trust outsource Occupational Health Services given to your clinical staff to third-party providers? In-house service which outsources EAP (employee assistance programme) and physiotherapy.
2. If some or all of the OH services are provided from an outsourced contract, please provide the following information for each active outsourced contract in occupational health for your trust:
a. Number of occupational contracts, including the name of the company that provides it Two – Physiotherapy provided by PhysioMed, Counselling provided by Care First.
b. Whether the contract was a physical health occupational service contract, a mental health occupational service contract, or both One physical health, one mental health.
c. Duration of each occupational health contract Three years.
d. The estimated value for each contract Physio £25,000 and Care First £8,000.
