1. The total number of staff recruited internationally during the 2023/2024 period.
Internationals recruits between April 2023 –March 2024 were:
- AHPs – 13
- Nurses/midwives – 127
- Unfortunately the we do not have the details of the number of international doctors recruited for this period.
2. The name(s) of the international recruitment agency/agencies used for this purpose.
No agencies were used for the recruitment of international nurses, midwives or AHPs. Agencies used for the recruitment of doctors would have included; Doctor Relocate, BMS, AllDoctors
3. The anticipated international recruitment numbers for the next 12 months.
No current plans to recruit international nurses or midwives in the next 12months. It is possible that we may recruit some international AHPs and doctors but there are no definitive numbers. It will just be if candidates apply for and are successfully appointed to adverts.
